How We Work
We like to collect as much information as possible to make a good and accurate cost estimate. After the introduction, mapping out wishes and possibilities about the project, we will draw up a cost estimate. Of course, we try to do this as accurately as possible, but time shows that there are always unforeseen circumstances or adjustments these things relate to the cost of the project.
Sustainability
Have you thought about the impact of your job on the environment? Do you want to become co2 neutral? Solar panels on the roof, what kind of insulation is best?
There are many choices to be made in the process and we are happy to offer you the choices that are less harmful to the environment.
We want the project to be something you can love and last a long time we have a high standard and we find it important that we understand your expectations and execute them well.
Mistakes and problems can always occur we are open and honest about this, it is crucial for us that you are satisfied with the end result.
Cooperate
Would you like to help with certain parts of the project yourself or do you have a team of volunteers? Do you want a partial renovation due to cost restrictions, or do you want to use other materials, we are happy to work according to your preferences. Good communication is necessary in this cooperation. We see the cooperation and the project with the customer as our joint project with a high we-feeling.
Finance
During the project, we will keep track of all costs and time to be able to compare it with the estimated price and discuss this regularly with the customer. It may cost more due to, for example, wood rot or there are changes in the wishes, it is more expensive or cheaper, adjustments can be made in the meantime, this is something that is agreed with the customer. This also ensures transparency at the bank and smooth processing of invoices in the event of work with a construction depot.
After acceptance of the cost estimate, we ask for an advance of 25% of the estimated costs that will be settled in the 2 weekly invoices during the course of the project.
Flexibility
Because we do not work with a fixed contract price but under direction, you only pay the actual hours and materials of the project. This usually results in a lower price because we do not have to cover all risks in a fixed contract price. It gives the opportunity to execute the project more flexibly with room for intermediate adjustments and ideas. Always in good consultation with the customer.

Things can go wrong, problems during construction can always occur, we are open and honest about this and look for solutions together with the customer.
